Motivation Monday // 5

Today’s motivation is focusing on finding your balance. I’ve mentioned this plenty of times in my posts and I think that finding balance is about knowing your priorities and learning what is best for you. Most importantly, what makes you happy. I’m not saying it’s easy as 1, 2, 3. There’s definitely a trial and error process and that’s the joy about finding your balance. You get to learn more about what your mind, body and soul likes and doesn’t like. 

Don’t be the person who needs to confide in someone or something to make you happy. Only you can make yourself happy. People and “things” are put into our lives and sometimes it’s temporarily. Your happiness should be determined by you and only you.

You can’t gain happiness if you are struggling with extra baggage that is unnecessary in your life. Chances are, you’re probably manipulated, scared or confused… and that is okay. Reflect on your well-being and determine what should be let go out of your life for the best. Find the balance to make you feel free and happy.
